I know most of you don't believe the world is only 6000 years old, however, if you were to live according to the bible, you wouldn't be able to believe in dinosaurs.
Noah's Ark is also something many Christians choose to either not believe in or to alter the story.
My question is, who determines what can be picked and chosen? And what is considered a "true Christian" now days?
I feel as though this religion may just diminish (or lose a LOT of value) over time because peoples' beliefs will be so scattered that a "Christian" could be practically anyone who believes in god. It is somewhat like that already
lol apparently the first answer doesn't understand my question--the majority of Christians today believe the world is more than 6000 years old. Many more also believe in evolution. HOWEVER, this goes against your religion/the bible. So my question is, who/what determines what can be discarded? Certainly it's not the bible--that's one of the conflicting subjects of my question
dinosaurs in the 1800's? LOL puh-lease. You cannot be serious...
or can you? o.o
