Christians: Is there anything, and I really mean anything at all, that God could do which would make you?

reconsider whether he's good? Suppose he did the most heinous things to vulnerable people, like children, would you still call him good?

Or does anything go?
suzie the pilgrim - So you're saying anything goes? Literally anything?
Sam - You may not have noticed it, but you clicked the answer-button on a question. Would you like to answer the question? The question is, is there anything God could do which would, if that hypothetical event happened, change your mind about his goodness? Or does anything go?
mt75689 - Suppose Hitler was omnipotent. In this hypothetical scenario what would you think of someone who said the following about Hitler?

"We are nothing compared to Him. We have no right to call Him into question or the ability to deem Him as being less moral than ourselves.

How foolish it is of you to behave as though you can stand and prevail against God. So you declare Him to be evil ~ so what? You are still subject to Him, and there's nothing you can do to change that."

Interesting question.

Personally I think God is good in the Greek sense, agape.

The usual form of this argument goes "Why does God do bad things, or why does God let bad things happen?"

Bad things happen in this world, but good things sometimes come out of bad experiences.

I could take issue with the way my life is going, I have a very slow acting cancer, the positive side is I wont live to get the vascular disease my father has.

My mother had brain cancer, and the mercy of death came quickly, and relieved her suffering.

It's how you look at things.
