Christians, if assembling in a church was made illegal because the Supreme Court

deemed it a dangerous cult...? ... AND a slight majority of voters agreed (primarily out of fear their children would get sucked in), how would you argue against it?

(Spare me the "that'll never happen" answers please. It's a hypothetical question, obviously. Try to use your imagination.)
 
1) the supreme court would never deem any church a cult because they can't make decisions showing any inclinations towards religion.
2) if it did happen people would do it anyway since thats what people do. pot is illegal and people still smoke it and pot smoking isn't a religion (not yet anyway).
