Christians...How far is too far with sexual intimacy?

I want to know what we can do to release natural sexual tension. I have been with my boyfriend quite a while now and we are serious about each other. Were both christians but i am having a lot of sexual urges lately and he can tell which unfortunately turns him on so its taking all my strength to say no to my urges. What can i/ he do that wont be sinning but will help release some pressure
