Breakfast:
1 cup grits with Smart Balance margarine
Herbal tea
Lunch:
Lean ham or turkey on wheat bread with mustard, lettuce, and tomatoe
Salad with red wine vinegar for dressing
Water
Dinner:
Stir-fry with zucchini, red pepper, mushrooms, onions, and baked tofu...sauteed in a little olive oil and then add Kung Pao sauce (not too much sauce)
1 cup rice

I get moderate exercise and will eat a variety of different foods but they will all be comparable to these meals. Is this pretty healthy and will I lose the weight by August? By the way, I am a guy, 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weigh 300 pounds.
