Ever noticed how watching a Flash video like from Youtube it is so choppy in fullscreen mode, regardless of which browser you are using (ie, firefox)?
Well I'm writing this question so I can answer it, so others can read it instead of pulling their hair out over it.
Basically, when the video is playing, right lick it. You should get the Adobe Flash Player context menu. In it there should be:
- Settings
- About Adobe Flash Player 10...
Click on Settings... Then click on the first tab.... then most importantly... DISABLE HARDWARE ACCELERATION!
Problem solved
