choosing university courses?

i want to do a post graduate degree eventually, but i have to do really well in my undergrad.

i have two alternatives. one is a degree i think i would enjoy and get a lot out of, but not so likely to get a job after i finish my degree if i choose to put off the post grad for a while,

or a degree where im basically guaranteed a job after i finish it.
what do you guys think i shoud do?
