Choosing a Restaurant Game?

It can be tough if you're in a large group of people. Does anyone know of a cool game to pick a place to eat? I don't have an iphone so I don't have that cool ap that chooses for you.
Any strategy games?
websites that will choose for you
ways to narrow it down?

narrow down as much as possible and then do a mock BCS type ranking system where everyone privately ranks the possible restaurants, in order of favorite, can be anonymous.

then add up all the scores. if there are ten restaurants on the list, then each #1 answer gets 10 points, #2 answer gets 9 points......

then add up all the points and the winner wins.....
