I've been experimenting with making my own sauces, dressings, and now salsa lately.
Can anyone help me create a similar tasting salsa to Chipotle restaurant's medium green tomatillo salsa?
My first couple attempts have missed that 'zing' distinct flavor that you can even smell if your close to the real thing.
my ingredients were: tomatillo, tomato, jalapeno, lime, and cilantro but it didn't taste/smell like Chipotle's
