NOOOOOOOO ..CHINA is super bad...ok just look at how they treat their people first off... And additionally they are one of the worlds worst human rights violators. maybe they are booming in the economical sense but the Chinese government is backing genocide in Darfur, Sudan, which is why many people are boycotting the Olympics. also, because of the issues with the monks in Tibet many people are boycotting the Olympics. again china is a huge violator of human rights which is why i think china is a horrible country. how can you support a cause and country that is helping eliminate people from the earth? ie. china and the Olympics - china supplying guns and armory for the government of Sudan. The Olympics are supposed to be a time of coming together not helping a country profit and helping kill more hundred thousands of people. Over 300,000 people have been killed in Darfur since 2003...
