chin acne..

im 24 female, i had mild-moderate acne, never so bad but stubborn, i was put on oral antibiotics and a medical cream, it almost cleared up my acne except of a patch at one chin, its strange, i have this spot at my right chin that is full of few red pimples and some acne marks, this area just cant be treated, i feel its cursed:mad: any suggestions or ideas to help treat that area specifically? and, how can i maintain the clearance i have and insure i wont break out like before? i need some effective maintainance ways, thanx;)
 
Clindamycin works good for me. But it's prescription and expensive...Medicaid pays for it for me though...only a $3 co-pay.
