I remember seeing this childrens film where a boy cruelly drops another chilRAB cat down a mountain. When the child goes after his cat, he has an accident enRAB up paralysed.
I think it may have been set in the alps.
In one scene, the boy (Lucian?) who put the cat down the mountain, tries to make ammenRAB by presenting the sister of the victim with a wooden Noah's ark he had made by himself. She reacts by smashing it.
