Children's Books on the web with low S&H?

I'm trying to find some Little Golden Books for my daughter and am wondering if there are any websites that sell books for cheap, and don't charge $3.99 for the Shipping and handling? I've tried Amazon and Half.com, but they charge so much for the shipping it'd be cheaper for me to go to the store and pay full price for them brand new! --FRUSTRATING!!!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
