...cars. Can the owner be liable? I live in a gated 6 unit apartment building, which everyone has kids around the same age, 7-11. We've had several cars in the building damaged-paint scraped down to the metal, many over 12 inches by kids bicycles and scooters in our building. We talked to the owner and all the tenants and everyone agreed no bikes and scooters. However, there are children from three units that keep riding the bikes and we don,t know which one(s) are doing the new damage. My owner doesn't know how to take control and I'm tired of talking to these clueless parents. Moving is not an option at this time.
