Hi, i have a friend 16 years old who is abuse by his mom alot. Now he is looking legal advice to put his mom in control. He actually have survive from attack from his mom. For instance when he is little he head was slam on to a table edge and lucky he survive and resulted a scar on his for- head. Second he he had slabbing scar on his chest also. Now he is wondering if he can laid charges on his mother even though this attacks happen many years ago.
