I filed for child support and have a court date set but I am out of state right now. I tried calling but I can't seem to get an answer. I'm assuming that there is no one there considering it is a Saturday but my court date is Monday morning and I expected to be back in state by then but things do not always go as planned.
So, my question is what happens if neither of us show up to court on that day without notifying them?
Also I live in NJ if that helps any.
