My two year old girl fell yesterday off my front porch, down 4 steps onto a cement slab. She sat on her bike and tried to ride it down the steps, like Evil Kinievel. She has a nasty scrape on her face, and a REALLY nasty road rash burn on her shoulder. I washed it, put bacitracin on it, and covered it with a sterile gauze and tape. It is not bothering her today, but would like to know if there is anything else I can do for her?

I put more bacitracin on it, the bandage had stuck, and I pulled off yellow pus and blood with the bandage. Is this ok?
