Hi, I have a question about the Child Development Associate certificate program. I live in the Bronx and Lehman College offers a certificate program. I am interested in early childhood education and working on teaching pre-school through 2nd grade. I just wanted to know if this is a good way for an entrance into the field. I mostly have sales and retail experience and have a Bachelor's in Media Communications. I am looking for a career change and will be working on my master's degree. I am willing to start from the bottom and have a fresh start to jump-start my career. Thanks for your input.
