i recently went to court with a signed written agreement and i was granted custody but the written agreement was without prejudice meaning either one of us could go back and change it... but now my daughters father wants to fight for full custody.. basically he would rather me pay child support then him having to pay ny state child support.i am a great mom.. i dont have a record or anything.i have been taken care of my daughter since the day she was born. he came into her life when she was 10 months old but he has a criminal record.. he has been sent to anger management .. he has put his hands on me during our relationship at least four time but i never called the cops so that was my stupidity.. but he is in the national guard. but question is.. does he have a chance? also if we both said ridic bad things to each other WHILE WE where together...would it matter now? please let me know .. lawyers feel free to contact me because i need as much info as possible. thanks again
