My ex has a clause not to move more than 50 miles w/o 30 days written notice but my current husband has been accepted to the police academy. Financially that would make our lives easier. My child is 12. My current husband has been in his life for over 6 years. My ex visits & pays child support but that's where it ends. What are the chances that the court would let us because of financial reasons. My husband had a thriving business for over 10 years but now with the economy the bottom has fell out.
