Chicken McNuggets math riddle, can you get it?

At McDonald's, you can order McNuggets in boxes of 6, 9 or 20.

By ordering 2 boxes of 6, you get 12 McNuggets. You canot order 13 since no combination of 6, 9, or 20 adds up to 13.

What is the greatest number of McNuggets that you cannot order??
 
Hm, interesting question.

Well the factors of 20 is (2, 2, 5), of 9 is (3, 3) and of 6 is (3, 2).

I would say it would be a number which is a multiple of 7. 7 to the power of infinity? =P

NO WAIT! is it 36?

if you order all of them they can't add up to more than 38?
or it's just a huge number that seems like infinity because there are so many combination's? urgh! I hate mcnuggets now >:/
