Chicago or Seattle for a seeking Media Art Graduate?

I'm currently residing in LA...yes i know this is a great place for what i want to do. But im trying to gain more experience and would like to get out of LA for a while...but where should i go?
What city has more to offer for a BA in media arts and animation degree?

Chicago IL, or Seattle, WA???
