Old engine smoked and threw oil out of tail pipe.Put in new rebuilt block (4 cyl) redid head.Is it possible that smoke is coming from built up oil in catalytic convertor?Everything else seems tight and up to specs.Smokes at start up,seems to lessen after it's driven awhile.Smoke is light grey and see through.Has odd smell.
No oil loss,runs well according to the tenant that owns it.Smoke isn't heavy and doesn't smell like oil so thought I'd confirm what i was thinking,the convertor.
