Chevy Malibu Theft System Light?

This question is pretty much for ANYONE that owns a chevy malibu. I'm sure this has happened to you if the car is over 50,000 miles, whenever you attempt to start the car every so often the theft light will go on and blink and it won't turn over meaning you have to wait 10 minutes to start the car with the key turned to on.

Does ANYONE have a solution to this problem other than cutting the yellow wire or getting the ignition replaced??? I'm getting fed up with this problem and it's starting to happen almost once a week! Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
Different scenario happened to me...my ABS light would turn on in my car just randomly and couldn't get rid of it...I went to autozone and asked them why my lights keep coming on and they brought out their computer and hooked up my thing and told me why my car was doing that and they even told me how to fix it free of charge...but not all autozones do this so it wouldn't hurt to go ask them what they think you should do
