chevy blazers lining up the metal that the lights clip into?

i need help re molding the sheet metal that sits behind the parking an head lights so that i can replace the head and parkingv lights on the pasenger side, it is a 98 model s 10 this clips dont line up thats about my only problem the heead light lines up but ithink the parking light must go in first. but im not quite for sure.
