Okay so I know the Chevy 350 SB and 400 SB have different flywheels but if some put a 350 flywheel on a 400 then what would the rpm's be at for it to start to shake bad? What are some ways to tell if you have to wrong flywheel... other than the block numbers... and are harmonic balancers different
