I have a threaded crank snout on my chevy 350 ( to bolt the pulley and balancer on ). I broke the bolt off deep inside and destroyed the threads. I have seen older 350's from the 60's with no bolt to hold it on as the crank had no threads. would it be okay to leave my balacer on with no bolt. I don't plan to raise it. make rpm's ill push my car is 5000.
