Chevy 305 has miss do not know how to pin point problem.?

I have a 1997 chevy 305 Vortec in my silverado, with 197,000 miles. It is in exellent condition and very clean. I developed a water leak at the bonnet manifold, replaced all gaskets and replaced plug wires and rotor. I have now developed a miss on # 2 plug, can anyone tell me how to test the injector to see if its getting fuel? Thanks
 
first remove plug and place it back into the end of wire and lay it on something medal and give a crank over and look and see if its friing replace plug then try replacing that wire with one of the others and see if it makes that plug miss then bad wire if not then remove cap and look inside sand the ends of the medal buttons insdie the cap and the end of rotor button maybe and try a bottle of fuel treatment but id bet its just a plug
