chevy 1500 350 tbi to carb conversion?

is there any kits out there or anyone that can show or tell me some information on how this can be done i really hate tbi i dont like all the sensors i rather have my engine hooked up to old school way with out all this unreliable technology
 
depends on the year, but there are kits out there.. i just went completely blank on where you can find them, but check summitracing, and jegs..

it should be as easy as swapping intake manifolds, and add a carb to it... but not sure about what removing the sensors will do as far as your gauge cluster goes..
