CHEST PAIN!! I worked out yesterday and now I have horrible chest pain!?

I did 30 mins on the elliptical at a fast pace with average resistance and I lifted a lot of upper body weights. Now my chest hurts even when I stoop over to pick something up, turn my upper body, lift my arms, or breathe in deeply....I'm really freaking out and have no idea what to do! I applied a little muscle rub, that only slightly helped.
