Do they take long to clear with no anti biotics?

I am loathed to go to the docs as i get so many of these, but this one seems worse than normal as the coughing is bad in the morning and I struggle to keep any breakfast down - anthing after lunch is fine!

Lots of coughing = I am quite short of breath in the mornings.

Think I need to go see a doc to get anti biotics?
 
Hi...are you coughing up any coloured phelgm?

At the very least you should get an x-ray....if you don't need antibiotics, don't take them.

I can relate, I went through what I would perceive to be the same thing for 6 weeks in Spring. It wasn't like anything I experienced ever before. Very frustrating.
It did start off with a nasty productive cough and sinus infection...and I did take zithromax for 5 days. That part cleared, but the cough continued for over another month....many in my city had the same thing, even worse than I.

I took a lot of expectorant and during the night I used a DM cough suppressant.

During the day I used Ricola cough drops...the oval pastilles honey and lemon or the echinacea ones. NOT the sugar-free ones, however.

Hope what you have doesn't last....

hey what i think is to go for antibiotics because you are facing this problem seriously and i will suggest you to consult the best doctor and start takinh antibiotics so that your problem can be solved
