Chest Burning - Looking for answers

I went to my local hospital a few weeks back about a awkward feeling in my chest, it was located at the left hand side up at the top.

It was like a vein was blocked or strugling to push blood through it, it was generating a sharp pain along with a burning sensation with every pulse.

I got told at the end of a 4hour wait in a waiting room that I had probable anxiety, I can see why that would be the case, BUT it doesnt take away the fact I had the above issue, I seemed to get treated very poorly due to this, I had the issue and simply got told it was aniexty and got told to go home.

I have encountered this problem yet again it has came back a few times, and I am suffering from it now as I type this.

Burning feeling due to what I would suggest is being due to a blocked vein or something, its sort of also describable as a vibrating/spasm in and around the top left area very very mild but I can feel it faint enough.

I am sure its not directly my heart thats at fault its too high up on my chest to be my heart, This is also an internal thing no visible marks or anything.

I have tried to do a bit of research on the symptoms but havent got anywhere. The only cause I can see at the moment has been myself working(exercising) my muscles in that area and overexerting myself a day ago.

Hope I can get some helpful responses as I really cant get anything done as I'm always consicous of it. :(

Wondering if the ER doc suggested you to follow up with your doc.
Seems they would have ordered testings for you coming into the ER.
Did they not even do a EKG or order a stress test ?

Since you are still experiencing the same, you may need to follow up with your doc. Please don't hesitate to get down to the bottom of this , as to what is causing you to have this.
