chest and shoulder pain and cold feet and allitle cold sweat at night

the chest pain started on sep 3 and last all the time 2 weeks later my feet are cold and only warm at night same times and having alttle trouble peeing and constent head presure i have had 3 ekgs and a xray of my chest and 2 cat scan of my stomach and my chest and blood work all came back fine still the pain is there and also had a cam down my throught and they said i was fine
