D Don18 New member Oct 6, 2010 #1 Am female 41 years. Healthy. Have dry cough for 2 weeks with chest pain in last few days, neck and shoulder pain and very sore, heavy arms. Very tired for last few weeks and have to go to bed early but still wake up exhausted.
