Chemistry Question- Tests To Preform on these substances to confirm their identities?

Sucrose
Sodium Bicarbonate
Oxalic Acid

I have to describe tests or observations i could perform to confirm each ones identity. (I'm on a deserted island in the assignment so supplies are limited)

you'd be of great help if you gave me any sort of information i could use :) thanks
i don't have any other chemicals to react anything, just materials that would be in a standard travel bag
 
The easiest would be to taste them.
sodium chloride tastes salty
sucrose sweet
sodium bicarbonate weakly salty -also will fizz with a soln. of oxalic acid
oxalic acid sour
