Chemistry question: Rates?

In a certain decomposition reaction, dinitrogen pentoxide decomposes to form nitrogen dioxide gas and oxygen gas. It was found that at 281 seconds the concentration of oxygen gas was 0.229 mol/L and at 601.0 seconds the concentration of oxygen gas was 0.815 mol/L. What is the rate of decomposition of dinitrogen tetroxide over the specified time period in this reaction?

I keep thinking I use the equation -kt = ln(At/A0) but it's not giving me the right answer. Please help me!
