Chemistry- please Percent Water- Please help!?

Hi! In lab, I calculated that the water percent of my peach slices was 64.6%
=6.00g (mass of water lost) / 9.29g(mass of food slices) x 100%= 64.6%

Is this correct? Also, my lab partners gave me start, end, and lost data. For example: Celery
Initial Mass: 47.52g Final Mass: 44.14g Water Lost=3.38g

Is there ANY way that, using the mass percent equation listed above, that I can calculate the percent water of that fruit? I don't have the mass of the fruit slices!
