Chemistry of Foods Vs. Chemistry?

Chem of foods sounds like something i can actually pass without killing myself in the late hours of night studying although it's two consecutive classes throughout two semesters, but i would think i'd get through more material in Chemistry. My school does not provide student feedback on these classes on their website and I'd like to know what would be recomended if you've taken Chemistry of Foods or a class similar combining the two.
