I had 1.0931g of AgNO3 crystals and 3.5796g Cu, which reacted and produced 0.4541g Ag + either Cu(NO3)2 or CuNO3. The amount of copper remaining after the reaction was 2.9855g. Please show me the work on how to determine whether Cu1+(Cuprous) or Cu2+(Curpric) was produced by the reaction. Thanks.
