Identification of an unknown solution
•You will be given 3-4 known solutions. Using these solutions you will use a spot plate to determine the identity of an unknown solution. You will summarize your procedure, outlining the steps you took to determine the identity of the unknown solution. You will receive marks for your summary as well as your ability to identify the unknown solution. You will also include a results section which will be assigned for marks as well. The format of the above sections will be clearly set out on your lab exam.
•Your discussion and analysis questions will be as follows:
oOne question on total and net ionic equations
oOne question on molarity
