Waste water from certain industrial chemical processes contains aqueous Hg2^2+ ions. Since the mercury ion is toxic, it is removed from the waste water by reaction with aqueous sodium sulfide. The products of the reaction are solid mercury( I ) sulfide and aqueous sodium ions. Balance the equation.

Hg2^2+(aq) + Na2S(aq) --> Hg2S(s) + 2Na^1+(aq)

Is the above correct? Should I use --> or equilibrium sign (which is two arrows in opposite directions)?
Someone answer please! Also, let me know any small mistakes, cuz my hw is very sensitive
Do I have to put the charges for the ions or just put them w/out?
