Calculate the amount of energy used to convert all the ice used in this experiment to water at 0 degrees C.

If someone could just give me the formula, that would be awesome. I have two different ones and I'm not sure which one's right, or if they're both wrong. People in the class were split between Q = ΔHf * m * Cf and Q = ΔHf * m * ΔT. Thanks to anyone who can help.
