To neutralize 70.4 cm^3 of 0.722 mol dm^-3 nitric acid, a student gradually added a solution of magnesium hydroxide until the pH of the mixture was 7.0. If 58.0 cm^3 of the base was required to effect neutralization, what was the concentration of the Mg(OH)2 solution. The equation for the reaction is: Mg(OH)2(aq) + 2HNO(3) --> Mg(NO)3(aq) + 2H2O(l)

Thanks for an explanation for this answer. That would be great.
