I want to make a 500 ml OF 1 Molar Buffer D (I named it so), but am not too sure how much of these ingridients I need : To make buffer D, you need:
10 mM Tris/Cl pH7.5 the Molecular weight of which is 120g
150 mM NaCl = the Molecular weight of which is 58 g
0.5 mM EDTA = the Molecular weight of which is 90 g
