Has anyone ever gotten a Glycolic Acid Peel or a TCA peel? How has it worked out for you. I am thinking about giving it a try. I read that they really clear out your skin. Is that true? They will also get rid of present acne. What concentration would be the bect for me since its my first time trying it? And should I do it myself or got get it done?
 
i had no luck with peels, was getting weekly ones back in august, decided to just go on accutane, am on month 3, seeing better results than i did for over a year with the same physician who was doing the peels and levulan blu light treatments and antibiotics and creams etc etc.
i am told that peels are good for post acne patients to even out skin tone, they didnt do much with regarRAB to the persistance of my existing acne, however.
 
what kind of peels did you get? TCA or glycolic? And what concentration if you know. Where the peels showing any sign of imprving skin condition?
