Cheerleading or dance?

It really depends on how long you've been doing each sport, and stick with the one you have less experience in, but still enjoy. After all, what's the use of continuing a sport you have already mastered? Dancing isn't for fat, girls, by the way. It takes knowledge of music, while cheerleading is simply gymnastics in another name, just with the additions of cheering and another random add on, competitive cheerleading. I personally would do dancing, because I cherish it very much already.

Dancing is something that can never be fully mastered, and there's no stereotypes I can think of for a dancer. As you say, "My parents", and you do cheerleading, I'm guessing you're a teenager. High school stereotypes for a cheerleader are tough news - they're dumb blondes, no sense of humor, who aren't good at cheerleading - they just have good bodies and lots of preppy boys like them. It's definitely not true, but it can really break out on some people.

Bad things about dancing include practicing quite a bit. I'm sure you know this, as you say you've already done both sports.

It's all up to you. If you make the wrong decision, you can always try again. For me, I would do dancing, because I currently enjoy it quite a bit, in synchronized swimming, Indian dancing, etc. For you? It's a weird thing to say, but based on the way you type, you sound as if you would make a dancer. I kind of get that feeling. But go for the one YOU want, not what I SAY.
