Cheerleading Conditioning drills?

I coach High School cheerleading and I'm looking for ways to better condition my girls that will improve their cheerleading skills. We are an extremely advanced group so I'm looking for ideas that will help us get full up heel stretches and double downs. I'm working towards decreasing injury while still maintaining skill level. Any ideas to help my girls learn these skills without so much risk of injury would be greatly appreciated!! Please help!
