i just made varsity cheer leading for next year! i'm pretty small and my coach wants me to be a flyer next year for stunting...we don't do any extremely difficult stunts sense we are only an 8 person squad..so what are some good exercises to help me get more strength so i can hold myself in the air and to help me with my balance!
