Cheek fused to gum after wisdom tooth removal?

I had my wisdom teeth removed about a week ago and I don't have any swelling but I felt over on my gum and my cheek feels and looks fused to my gum where the tooth was removed I'm pretty sure that it wasn't stitched that way cause I didn't feel stitches on my cheek but I don't know what to do please help
