Ok first of all, I am fully aware of what these two things are. I just need to know how the checks and balances is associated with this case. It's for a test (called a CBA - Classroom based assesment), and its an essay on our opinion if the checks and balances was working properly in the brown vs, board of education case. I know it is supposed to be an opinion but I would like to see other people's thoughts. Also, it used to be "before the brown vs. board case"(which obviously the checks and balances were not working then) but my teacher told us to change it to "in the brown vs. board case" but that doesn't really make sense?
